STORY SUMMARY:
----------------------

Subdued by Enerjak, Sonic attempts to resist in as Enerjaks subjects him to a torture where his memory is directly ripped from his mind one by one to learn or discover any new sources of information in regards to any remaining survivors. Sonic is able resist for a significant amount of time by feeding Enerjak useless or unimportant information or memories such as his name, age, his children and his combat experience in the past. This is eventually proven to be in vain however, as the last bit of memory is forcibly extracted by Enerjak, and Sonic's soul is rendered into a Prelate for Enerjak to control. It is then revealed that Enerjak and Sonic are present within gigantic mausoleum where within contained what appears to be at least hundreds of thousands, or even millions of bodies; all of whom are victims of Enerjak prior victims, whose soul are forcibly extracted to be manipulated and used as his pawns and soldiers.

Through the time portal generated by the 7 Chaos Emeralds at the conclusion of the Robotnik War, Silver makes landfall hoping to arrive home, only to discover it is not home. He is surrounded and attacked by Enerjak's Prelates only to be rescued by Lara-Su. Enerjak himself appears to confront them as Silver is ready to attack, but is taken away in retreat by Lara-Su who exclaims that Enerjak cannot be injured or killed under any normal circumstances. In safety, Lara-Su explains that not only was it her doing that deliberately had him transported here, but she has also managed to solve Silver's riddle to save his future- It is not a coincidence that Nack, Fiona, Nic, Bark and Geoffrey simply betrayed the Freedom fighters: Everyone back in the day where just pawns and puppets: small pieces of the puzzle and toys used and manipulated due to an ancient feuding war between the technologically savvy Echidnas, and the order of Ixis who viewed technology as blasphemy – an ancient war which stretches back thousands of years. The entirety of the Robotnik War was just a set up for some Echidna named 'Finitevus' endgame plan who planned not only to exterminate what remains of the Order of Ixis, but to unite all 7 Chaos Emeralds as well as the Master Emeralds to conjure Enerjak, a god-like omnipotent being which shall be used to subjugate all non-Echidna life-forms and finally putting Echidnas forward in their deserved place as the 'Mobian Master-Race' due to his as well as a majority of Echidna's belief that, due to their species being the most scientifically and technologically advanced than any and all other Mobian cultures combined, deserve to reign supreme above all. To conjure Enerjak, Finitevus required a host to store the embodiment as well as control, of Enerjak which was why Finitevus chose to kidnap someone and powerful as her father Knuckles, to use. However, despite the Order of Ixis being largely exterminated by the Echidnas (and Finitevus) the last survivor of the order -Ixis Naugus, had suspicions on what Finitevus may have been trying to accomplish and had one of the Chaos Emeralds sabotaged by Chaos Shadow Magic to deliberately ensure that, if Finitevus so much as even succeeds at conjuring Enerjak, Enerjak would break free from his mind control by Finitevus and ironically turn against his creator, and the Mobius population instead, as a final act of revenge against all that the Echidnas have done to them. Lara-Su brings forth a copy of Bark the Polar Bear's diary recovered during Operation Whiteout decades ago during the Robotnik War, where she cites that Bark may have suspicion or even revealed as to what Finitevus' plan was and that, so disturbed by said plans, decided to pretend to have changed sides to the enemy team, get close to the puppet master whoever he was and turn on him to prevent the plans from taking flight. The issue was Bark knew of the plans, but was unsure who was behind it; Bark grew paranoid and couldn't trust anyone which was why he decided to play it safe by launching the Arctic Storm bio-weapon all over the world hopefully to kill Finitevus (and everyone). Bark never intended to become a traitor and target the Freedom Fighters specifically; just the Finitevus of whom he at the time did not know the identity of. Nack, Fiona and Nicolette were manipulated into betraying the Freedom Fighters for their own personal reasons whilst Geoffrey was simply used a vessel by Naugus' spirit to usurp control in an attempt to resist against Finitevus' master-plan before it took fruition whilst also using the power of the united Chaos Emeralds to take control of the Free Will of all of Mobius; inhabitants and install for himself a new Order of Ixis to one-up Finitevus and the Echidnas. Lara-Su announces that the final traitor of note which brought not only the downfall of the Freedom Fighters but also the ruin of Silver's future was Knuckles...in his Enerjak form. Under the control of the Chaos Emeralds, Knuckles betrayed the Freedom Fighters but not acting in accordance to his own will and became so powerful that not even Super Sonic was able to bring him down. Enerjak after having turned against his creator began taking his vengeance against the entire population of Mobius, turning everyone into prelates whilst the survivors hid. In order to save Silver's future, Enerjak must be defeated, the Emeralds recovered and peace restored.

Silver ponders as to how they can do that, of which Lara-Su concludes that they must do three things: Locate three forged-sacred sword whose powers are embedded with the Chaos Emeralds which shall be used to slay Enerjak, locate a being originating from the dawn of the Order of Ixis who is rumored to be powerful enough to match Enerjak and finally, to rendezvous with her 'boyfriend'. During this time, Lara-Su in secret trains Silver into utilizing his Psychokinesis powers further to combat Enerjak and his prelates properly. Cutting through swaths of Prelate pawns, the two make their way out of the dangers of the Necropolis and to the shores of an ocean to locate Lara-Su's 'boyfriend' where it is revealed to be Malik Acorn, son of the late King Sonic the Hedgehog. With him, was carried the Sword of Acorns of which Lara-Su requests for it to be within her possession as Malik appears to be unable to properly utilize it for combat nor Chaos Control. During that time, Silver, reminded of the initials 'L-S' present on the tablet riddle which lead him into the past to investigate, suspects it is Lara-Su who both wrote and laid the tablet and questions her over the object. Lara-Su confirms that she indeed recently lay down a plaque riddle in the hopes that, should she fail in her task, that someone else may pick up where she left off; The riddle was deliberately made complicated and difficult to decipher so that should Enerjak discover the tablet, he would be unable to read it off-the-bat. Using the Sword of Acorns, Lara-Su locates the whereabouts of the three other Sacred Swords: Galatine and Solaris. Following the stars, the three wander out into the open ocean, where they discover the resting place of of Mammoth Mogul and raise him from the bottom of the sea in the hopes he may assist in the defeat of Enerjak. Mogul explains his past with the Order of Ixis, where the Chaos Emeralds fell from space and into Mobius, with one of them striking him in the chest upon atmospheric re-entry and providing him god-like powers as well as invincibility and immortality. As a god-like being, Mogul lead the Order of Ixis to near world-domination if it were not for the Echidnas, who robbed him of the Emerald in his chest and stripping Mogul of his Godhood, but not removing his invincibility or immortality. Weakened, those under the dominion of the Order revolted; Mogul was captured, chained to a heavy stone and tossed into the depths of the Ocean where he was to lay permanently, perpetually drowning and starving, but unable to die. Without the leadership, the Order of Ixis was hunted down to near extinction by the technologically superior Echidnas. Lara-Su requests for Mogul to assist them in combating against Enerjak, but Mogul declines in any combatant action due to thinking that Enerjak has already ultimately won, but instead offers them the locations of both Galatine and Solaris as well as the location of the Keystones to conjure a barrier to prevent Enerjak from escaping. The three leave to retrieve the three other Sacred Swords and split off to three corners of the continent to conjure the barrier.

Trapping Enerjak, Julie-Su, Malik and Silver opt to confront and hunt him down together. Enerjak initially overpowers the three easily, but Silver utilizes his Psychokinesis to reflect Chaos attacks back at him to weaken Enerjak. Galatine is damaged beyond repair, Malik is mortally wounded by Enerjak in combat, and Silver's body begins to slowly fade away into nothingness due to the paradox created by the actions within the time-space continuum. Now alone, Lara-Su with Sword of Acorns in hand slips through to transfer powers of the 7 Chaos Emeralds under Enerjak's possession onto herself to transform into Lara-jak to confront a weakened Enerjak head-on. Lara-Su gets the upper hand and bids her father farewell before vaporizing him away with the Sword of Acorns. Reviving Malik with the Sword of Acorns, Silver re-appears once more into existence with the time-space continuum properly stabilized. With Enerjak defeated and the Order of Ixis and Echidna Legion no longer in existence to threaten Mobius, Silver ponders of whether their friends can be returned to form, of which Lara-Su says that they cannot. The spirits and souls of the taken such as their friends and family, apparate in front of the three for the last time; the exchange brief words before they disappear permanently. Silver asks as to what Lara-Su and Malik will do now, of which Lara-SU answers that she and Malik may most likely be the only survivors on Mobius after Enerjak's rampage, and that situation presented to them now may mean they may have to 'start over' be re-populating and rebuilding Mobius. With Silver's puzzle of the past solved and Enerjak no longer a factor, Lara-Su promises to transport Silver back to his time with the Chaos Emeralds.

Landing back in a now repaired and prosperous future, Silver re-unites with Edmund again. After explaining all his discoveries to Edmund, Edmund deduces that it is no coincidence that the entire population of Mobius now consists of only Echidnas and Hedgehogs like them, and that both Silver, and Edmund's true heritage is that of descendants of both Kings and Guardians. Silver ponders as to what he should do now that the present (his future) is now fixed, of which Edmund suggests that he goes to school to properly complete his education.

Silver attends his first day of proper schooling, where he re-unites with Gold.
